RETURN-CHANGE POLICY

CHANGES – RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or the products you received are defective or different from the ones you ordered, you can return them as long as the following are met:

1. The return of the products must be made within 7 calendar days from their receipt and ONLY after consultation with the online store minoudishome.gr by phone at 2310 311 448 or at info@minoudishome.gr.
2. The products must be in excellent condition, accompanied by all labels and the packaging must not be altered in any way. Products that have been used or washed will not be accepted.
3. No returns are made on orders with special dimensions given by the customer.
4. Sleeping pillows and covers are not accepted returns – changes for hygiene reasons
5. The products must be accompanied by the corresponding documents you received (eg Retail Receipt)

Return procedure

1. Contact us to clarify the details of the return.
2. In case of a defective product, it is also necessary to send a photo to info@minoudishome.gr, which shows the defect of the product.
3. Pack the product properly
4. Send the product to the following address:

5. If the products are defective or you received products different from the ones you ordered, send the products to the ELTA courier that made the delivery to you and the shipping costs are borne by minoudishome.gr. In any other case the shipping costs are borne by the customer.
6. In order to complete the process, it is necessary to first receive the returned products from us.

Money return

Refunds are made within 14 days of returning the products.
Your refund will be made on the same payment method with which you completed the order. In case of cash on delivery and bank deposit you must state the account in which you want the deposit to be made. Return proof is required for returns. In case of invoice issuance, the return must be made with a delivery note.
In case the payment was made by credit card, the transaction will be canceled and the credit card will be updated accordingly.

Order cancellation, before sending.

The order can be canceled when the online order has been completed but the product has not been shipped yet. You can call 2310 311 448 or send an email to info@minoudishome.gr
